These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1715846 Alberta Ltd., operating as Prompt Demon™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Alberta, Canada. By downloading, installing, or using the Prompt Demon™ mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Prompt Demon™ is a modular prompt assembly engine for AI video creation. The app generates text prompts that you can copy and paste into third-party AI video generation platforms (such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, and others). We do not host or generate video content. We provide only the assembled text output.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prompt Demon™. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The app is fully usable without an account. If you choose to sign in via Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prompt Demon™ generates text prompts using a curated library of variables and pathways. These prompts are assembled algorithmically. We make no warranties about the output of any third-party AI video model that you choose to use with our prompts. Results vary by model, version, and external service availability.
You are solely responsible for how you use the generated prompts and any content produced by third-party AI services. You must comply with the terms of service of any external AI platform you use.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We actively filter our variable libraries to remove violence, exploitation, and harmful content. Users are encouraged to help maintain quality by using the Flag Content feature within the app to report any problematic output. Flagged content is reviewed and removed from future generations when appropriate.
The Prompt Demon™ brand, logo, app design, variable libraries, and pathway formulas are the exclusive property of 1715846 Alberta Ltd. You may use the prompts you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, but you may not redistribute or resell the underlying library data.
Prompt Demon™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or compatibility with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Prompt Demon™ is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
